Did not received double credit, what to do?
Opwaarderen.nl gives no extra or free credit when topping up. This is done through your provider. If you topped-up and extra or free credit was committed and you have not received it, than please contact the customer service of your provider. They can determine what may have gone wrong in assigning the extra or free credit. They can also adjust this from distance for you.
Tip; turn off your phone off and on to get the latest network data. Receiving double credit should follow up automatically.
What does direct top-up means?
With direct top-up, you can recharge your credit without a code. After placing your order, new credit will automatically be added to your prepaid balance. The mobile number you want to top-up, can be entered in Step 3 (Product Options) of the ordering process.
You can check your new credit balance by calling the top-up menu of your provider.
Note: At this moment we only offer this option for T-Mobile. You can check your mobile credit balance by calling 1244 with your T-Mobile device.
Why has my credit not been topped-up for Lycamobile Holland Bundle or Lebara Unlimited?
Besides the standard top-up codes Opwaarderen.nl offers bundles, such as Lycamobile and Lebara Holland Bundle Unlimited. The activation of such a bundle is linked to a term of 30 days in order to take advantage of it’s specific services. See our product information on Opwaarderen.nl or contact your customer service of the provider to be informed about unlimited usage and specific conditions for which you can apply.
How can I top-up with an iPad or tablet?
In order to use the guidelines of your provider you need to be able to call. If you have an iPad or tablet with 3G functionality, you can call from your SIM card. Furthermore, it is also possible to make calls by Wi-Fi through an application like Skype, Viber and so on. Alternatively for this are inserting a SIM card in a phone or applying for a duosimcard (please check with your provider for the possibility) or just top-up at distance by the customer service of your provider.
